I was awarded a MD by thesis for this work and have continued to be involved in clinical research around the area of metabolic bone disease and rheumatology. Since my consultant appointment I have continued to carry out original work despite extensive clinical commitments. |
The main themes of research that I am currently leading are: Falls and osteoporotic fractures
Anorexia nervosa and osteoporosis
